Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Robinson Police Department to provide police services to the citizens of Robinson that secures the public’s safety and stability. In its efforts to serve the citizenry, the Robinson Police Department realizes that public trust is essential, and built through transparency as it conducts its business. With this in mind, the Robinson Police Department is committed to fully complying with the requirements outlined in the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

The Robinson Police Department employs 14 full time officers, 5 part-time officers, 1 full-time secretary, and 1 part-time secretary. The department structure consists of 1 Chief of Police, two sergeants, 1 detective, 10 full-time patrolmen, and 5 part-time patrolmen.
