City breaks ground on WWTF Upgrades

WWTF Employees look on as Council members, WWTF Superintendent Lawrence Quick, and others participate in the May 6, 2010 ground breaking ceremonies for the $7.8 million Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrades.  The upgrade will increase plant capacity from 1.5 million gallons per day (mgd) to 2.5 (mgd).  The construction will take approximately 15 months to complete.
